Job Description:

  • Atleast  5 to 6 years of business development experience; last 3 years in the BPO/KPO/LPO   industry
  • Strong experience in end-to- end sales cycle
  • Proven sales track record with a minimum of US $ 250,000 annual target from US or European clients
  • Strong Functional/Domain experience in Data Processing, Market Research outsourcing,
  • Lead Generation / Sales Support Process outsourcing, Designing and Web Development / other IT Services/Non-voice BPO services
  • Established network and contacts in the industry
  • Strong business acumen with an entrepreneurial mindset
  • Experience and expertise in effectively using CRM tools such as SalesForce, ZOHO, etc
  • Lead generation and responding to RFPs/ tenders Managing the entire sales life cycle,starting from prospecting through closure.
  • Farm existing accounts.
  • Achieving the revenue targets.
  • Actively engage in social media marketing to promote service offerings.
